About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at OM Group Wingstop in Crystal, MN, as a Cashier! In this exciting role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
  • Manage cash drawer and ensure all financial transactions are balanced.
  • Provide menu information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for service.
