About the Role:
As a Shift Leader at OM Group Wingstop in Elk River, MN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during your shift. Join our dynamic team and lead by example in a fast-paced environment where delicious food and great experiences come together.


Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in scheduling staff to optimize labor costs and coverage.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales goals and driving profitability.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
